decent stay overall
convenient location gym facilities great bar poor soundproofing inattentive housekeeping humming sound
the hotel location was convenient. it was close to the museum island. the gym had good facilities. i found a great restaurant and bar.
the rooms are not soundproof. i heard footsteps at night. the housekeeping wasnt very attentive. sometimes i feel i could hear a humming sound, i dont know what it was.

Acceptable Stay with Lingering Issues
minibar charges billing issues
The room design presented a very nice ambiance.
The minibar charges included items I did not consume. I contacted the hotel, but received no response. It was necessary to dispute those charges with my credit card company. The billing issues proved too bothersome. I expected a smooth process during what was supposed to be a break.
